Jade McDonald's Mission

Hola! I have some time this week so I guess I'll write an email.  Earlier this week we went to the mission office for our interviews with president. I don't remember too much from the interview. Just that I told him how exited I am to be an aunt. I told him that last time too but whatevs. Saw some old people from my zone there too.  One day we ate soooo much food and I almost died. Also we eat with elders everyday too because we share a ward and bro the one elder eats so much and so fast. Like we won't even be half done and he's just sitting there with an empty plate.  Anyway, also it is very very hot. We were trying to make it to this chicken place called dinki pollos that sells icecream before it closed because we were dying of heat.  It takes like 9 min to get there and we had 12 min left before it closed. Hermana Rivera made a joke and said "when you see the missionaries when they are late to a lesson *walking*.......when you see the missionaries trying to make...

 Jade had fun going to the mall and then coming back and her comp cut her hair.  She said they were having trouble finding people to teach but they were having good luck with their referals assignment at the church.  She was hoping for a better week this week.  She was also very happy to find sweet baby rays bbq sauce to put on her food.  I think she was planning on putting it in her bag to take where ever she went, My sauce girl! Now she just needs mayo and ketchup to go with it. 

Hola! We had a good week. Definitely had a lot of fun but also it was really hard to talk to people on the street. Our friend who is getting baptized this Saturday bought a suit for his baptism! Hes so exited!!!! And so are we obviously! We had a guy give us a whole loaf of bread haha. We asked him how his week was, and kept walking while he was telling us how his day was. Realized we needed to talk to him. Stoped at the end of a street and knocked the same door for like 5 min waiting for him to come to us because he was knocking doors too. He was like "No-one home?" Haha. Anyway so we shared a scripture with him, he gave us a whole free loaf of homemade bread. Also he's from Venezuela. Anyway so ya that's just one little story that was funny from this week. He was so confused why we were at the same door for so long. Also we were dying laughing when he approached us cause we realized how dumb we looked standing at the same door for 5 min waiting for him to get to us....

Hola! Last Sunday hermana bunker left  to go home and we got the email that I was getting transferred.   So I got transfered last week to Maipú which is a but more in the city. And it is soooo hot. I definitely miss the beach because it was also alot cooler but the area here is good too. Just hot. The members here are super good. Alot of younger families too. I also have a "special assignment" where I send referrals to other people in the mission. It's not bad cause we get to go into the church to do them so it's cooler. It's actually not bad tho. The first day we sent some some people from my old zone sent an audio back saying "HERMANA MCDONALD.....". Haha that part was fun. But ya I don't like computers so luckily referrals aren't hard. Our friends are also really good. And the area is so much smaller! Like we can walk literally everywhere. Here's a few pics.  First 2 are from el quisco!
