Week 51 Fun week

 The little girl with all the stickers on her face she loves, a family they are teaching . Ice cream last p day and exchanges this week. They put on a dessert activity for the ward. So everyone brought a dessert to share and then they were judged afterwards. It was a good turn out and they had so much fun doing it. jackie is always coming and doing lessons with them and it's so good. she loves it. Looks like Jade broke her new comp in with her drink as well. She may go into withdrawl from that when she gets home.

Week 45 Baptisms!!! YAY

 Jade told us they had 2 wonderful baptism's this saturday. They were so happy for them. It was a good day. Oh Brian did not leave he stayed so he has been doing lessons with them still. Jade asked that we pray for them to find more friends who will be interested in the gospel.  They have been freezing in their apartment because they have had not heat. They went to the mission office to get a heater and when they got there the people had already left.  They also wanted to look for some clothes for a coat.  But jade went and bought 2 sweaters today which is good because she is so cold she said. Who knew it would get that cold but it is their winter. Hermana Myens is wearing her sweater as pants in one pic she is so cold.  Jade also cut her hair very short today so we will get pic next week for that.  They did lots of traveling on the bus to get to the mission office today but no success, too bad.  She is always positive and happy.  They are so exci...

Aug 28 BAPTISM FAMILY YAY

 It was a very rainy week this week. So crazy. Last monday was her comps b day and she bought her the unicorn cake and had a fun b day for her. That was a pic of the church and us with the church because that is the last time we will be in it. They are taking it down. The family's baptism was wonderful.  The font overflowed into the bathroom but all was good. It went well and the ward is such a huge support and they brought so many treats. Even Jesus cookies. They brought her comp a cake for her b day and they turned off all the lights and then sang happy b day to her it was so cute. Looks like she talked someone else into her fav drink. She was on splits again. They find out on wed next transfer and she is hoping she can stay but figures she will leave because she has been in that area for 6 months already. She hopes she gets to go to the country next but will be happy to go wherever. She has such a positive attitude and I am so so proud of her.

Week 37 Baptism and meeting baby Luke Mitchel McDonald

 Jade had a good week.  They had a baptism on Saturday and everything went so smooth. They found the cutest family to teach and they hope they can continue to teach them.  They went to the mission office today because it was transfer day and lots were leaving, they were sad to see some of their friends go home.  There were a lot of new ones coming in.  Her baby was training so she became a grandma in the mission this week. I told her that was cool we became grandma's in the same week. HAha They are still continuing to teach lots and have a lot of fun.  I think she is addicted to the drink, she loves.  She went on splits 2x this week and had fun.  She is continuing to stay busy.  She said that she has a appointment for rosiola but I am sure it's just her sunburnt face.  She said it's easier just to say she has it sometimes. I told her I hope she is getting her throat looked at as well. She was the first one to meet baby Luke over FT....
