Week 46 Love the mission

 Today we talked with Jade and she was pretty emotional telling us about a sister who is always saying how she hates the mission and does not like it and it bringing others down with her. It made Jade feel so sad because she loves her mission so much and she does not want others to feel like this other sister. I told her to tell the others to make the most of it, choose happy and they will enjoy their missions like her. She said she has not had much sleep because her comp is snoring and she is very tired and has not got much sleep.  So I think she was over tired and emotional about everything.  They have been teaching lessons but  not as many as they would like.  She said that brian comes with them still and once they went into a home and he started to sniff. He said that smells so good, they walked through the kitchen to go to the family room and they found brian sniffing the soup on the stove.  Sadly he did not get any.  She sent a video of her and her comp trying to decide what animal jade was guessing and  it took her comp a while to figure it out.  She loves her drink and the beautiful sky's.  She is always laughing and having a fun time.  So happy that she is so happy.  It makes my heart so full, I love talking to her every week and her sharing her experinces with us. Oh she said last week they were waiting for the bus and it was taking forever and her comp said pray the bus will come. As soon as she said Heavenly Father the bus came around the corner.  PRAYER works! She loves her drink as well. We better figure out how to make this!

Sep 11th Knows why she is there

 We had a good chat with jade she told us that she knows why she was sent to that area. She had a good chat with one of her comps and stayed up late at night. She had told her how her last comp was so mean to her. Only speaking english with others when she only knew spanish and not doing work with her. Jade was crying when she told me. She is so passionate about her mission. She has changed so much. She has so much love for the Savior and for this gospel.  She works hard and gives it all for Him.  I am sure this assignment of traveling missionary will not be easy but she knows she can bless others lives in a different way.  She is such a example to all of us and what we need to be doing in our lives to share the gospel and to be a disciple of Jesus Christ. Week 67 Nov 27th Last transfer

 Jade had a good week.  She is still going to be a traveling missionary, she is with Hermana Brazil, they were so excited when they found out.  She said it is hard work but she is happy to do it. She is hoping to be able to go and visit most of her areas before she leaves so that she can see everyone.  So crazy this is last transfer.  The little girl has all of their name tags on. The white building is a govenrnment building.  They had lunch on a roof top. They had yummy ice cream and got samples of all the rest.  A member owns the shop so they get lots of ice cream from him.  The pic of the lady who just got baptized and a random guy who was holding the book of Mormon just wanted a pic with them.  They had district council all together and yummy doughnuts. She is in a suburb area again and is excited to be there and to find more to teach. She is doing awesome and we are so proud of her. She already has a amazing tan line on her feet!

Week 57 Sep 18 New experience.

 Jade has moved to a new area again with her traveling comp calling.  When she got there the sisters were not doing a lot of work.  They were having lessons with members but did not have very many friends to teach.  Jade was feeling very down and actually did not feel the spirit for a few days.  This is the first time this has happened on her mission and she did not like the feeling at all.  On sunday they had gone to a park to see if they could find some people after church.  They were sitting on a bench and the one sister asked her what was wrong. She had told her how she had not felt the spirit since she had got there on Thursday and it was really bothering her.  They talked it out and now Jade has helped the sisters to make a daily schedule and to go out and find those to teach.  She said she was feeling much better today but still is hard.  I knew this would be a hard assignment for Jade to do.  But I also know that she can do ...
