Week 12 Transfer day

 Today jade was transfered.  She did not even know where she was but she was very hot.  She was like I am dying how am I going to make it here. She was having a hard day.  She did not cry but I could tell she was so sad that she was leaving her old area. She loved being by the ocean and was hoping to stay there the whole time but I know that the Lord has other plans for her.  She said her comp was from texas and the other hermana was from Utah.  We chatted while she unpacked all of her stuff. She said it was messy and the bathroom was not that clean.  Well she is learning to live with others. She said it was a hard week. Hermana bunker was leaving home and they were all so sad.  They all wore black one day for her "dying" in the mission. They ordered waffles for one of their meals and they had a cool experience where the elders told them to go find this lady pamela.  They went to the place and asked if a pamela was there.  She was and they said the elders had said that they had talked with her.  She said no but then let Jade and her comp stay and visit.  I guess her brother is a member but lives in the city santiago and while they were there the brother showed up and was like I knew the sisters would find you.  Jade said it was so cool. Then the mom came out and was talking with them and they asked if they would come to church on Sunday and the mom and sis were like I don't know.  Then the brother said yes you are.  So they came to church on Sunday.  That is pretty cool.  I know Jade will be able to find many others to teach in her new area as well. She also told us that she called it that hermana earl would be training hermana V? and she hopes one day they can serve together as well.  She said she has a feeling that she will be able to come back and serve in that area again. I hope she is right.  I just pray she does not get her heat rash while she is there.

Week 57 Sep 18 New experience.

 Jade has moved to a new area again with her traveling comp calling.  When she got there the sisters were not doing a lot of work.  They were having lessons with members but did not have very many friends to teach.  Jade was feeling very down and actually did not feel the spirit for a few days.  This is the first time this has happened on her mission and she did not like the feeling at all.  On sunday they had gone to a park to see if they could find some people after church.  They were sitting on a bench and the one sister asked her what was wrong. She had told her how she had not felt the spirit since she had got there on Thursday and it was really bothering her.  They talked it out and now Jade has helped the sisters to make a daily schedule and to go out and find those to teach.  She said she was feeling much better today but still is hard.  I knew this would be a hard assignment for Jade to do.  But I also know that she can do ...

Week 32 Birthday Week

 We were spoiled and got to talk to Jade 2x this week. Once on Friday and then again on Monday. It was her b day on Friday.  She had lots of fun. She got ice cream and her favorite drink 2x that day.  She had a good weekend with a baptism of a little 9 year old.  She is teaching lots still and is loving being busy. She said her comp had a bird poop on her while they were out. She sent a video. It went on her glasses luckily.  They are having a lot of fun while working hard.  She said one guy asked for her instagram and she told him I can't do that but I do have a book of mormon for you.  He was not too impressed. She is loving going to the members homes for lunch time and said they get feed every day or at least money given to them to go buy lunch.  She took some pics of some cool buildings.

Week 70 Dec 18 At the beach

 Jade had a good week. She was able to go back to her first area and go see Daniel.  She had fun showing her comps the beach and had a good time. She forgot how much she loved it there.  She is having fun in her new area and loves the comps she is with.  She will be transfered just before christmas so hoping she knows the area and has good last comps. She is contining to work hard and have fun.
